The Harvest Kitchen at the Extension Learning Farm in Canton is a shared-use kitchen space at the Cornell Cooperative Extension Learning Farm (2043 State Highway 68 in Canton). The facility is fully equipped with cookware and utensils as well as variety of specialized equipment.

The store carries all the items you typically buy from week to week, and also countless specialty items you might not find in an ordinary supermarket. Owned and operated by its members, the Co-op has been a part of the North Country since 1973. The Co-op has a new brick oven bakery.
